Bring a real task. Leave with something that actually runs.
Seven sessions, all free, each run privately for your team on your own work. Workflow Labs are hands-on in one toolset; the strategy sessions are for the decisions above them.
These sessions are free. Here's why.
We run free, hands-on AI workshops for small and mid-size businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach — the same companies we've spent years keeping online, secured, and compliant.
Each session is practical and immediate: setting up Claude, Copilot, or Gemini against the tools you already run on, connecting them to real work, and leaving your team with prompts and workflows they can use the next morning.
The honest reason it's free: most businesses can't tell whether AI is worth funding until they've watched one of their own workflows get fixed. A session is the cheapest way for both of us to find out — and if the answer is that you're not ready, we would rather tell you that than sell you a pilot.
- Run by the engineers who deliver
The person in your session is the person who would run the pilot. No SDR, no handoff, no discovery loop.
- South Florida, in person
Coral Gables based. Onsite across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach; virtual anywhere else.
- Model-agnostic on purpose
Claude, Copilot, or Gemini — whichever your stack already justifies. We don't resell any of them.
- Compliance is not an afterthought
We already run HIPAA, CMMC, PCI, and FTC Safeguards programs, so governance gets built in rather than bolted on.
A session, not a presentation.
The difference is whether you leave with something running. We don't call these webinars or seminars, because they aren't.
Real-task intake
You tell us the workflow before the session. We build the agenda around it, so nobody sits through a generic overview.
A working artifact
You leave with something that runs, not notes about something that might.
The context pack
The examples, terminology, and decision rules that make it keep working after we leave.
Champions
The people in the room own the workflow afterward. That is the point of who attends.
Governance that fits
Approved tools, data classes, prohibited uses, named owners — sized to your obligations, not a template.
A 30-day review
We come back and check whether the workflow actually stuck. Free, and often the most useful hour.
Pick the one that matches the work.
All seven are free and run for your team on your own work. There's no ticket and no per-seat charge, because the point is the workflow your people leave with, not a chair in a room.

Workflows first. Tools second.
A session is our advisory method compressed into half a day. You bring the workflow, you leave with the start of a context pack, and the people in the room are the champions.
Start with the workflow
One high-friction process, not a company-wide tool rollout. The tool is a consequence of the decision, not the decision.
Context is the asset
Policies, examples, terminology, and quality criteria outlive any single model. That's what we build.
Scale through champions
A small group of internal people who own the workflow beats a company-wide licence and a hope.
Governance you can act on
Named owners and an escalation path. Not a policy PDF nobody reads.
Leaders model it visibly
Adoption follows what leadership is seen doing, not what they fund.
Measure the work, not the seats
Time, cycle time, rework, conversion. Seats activated and prompts sent measure nothing.
Tell us the workflow you'd bring.
We read every one of these personally and build the session around what you write. The more specific you are, the more useful the day is.
- 01A human replies
A senior engineer reads it and answers inside one business day. Not a sequence.
- 02A short call
What the workflow is, what you've already tried, and whether we're the right people for it.
- 03A recommendation
The smallest useful next step — including when that step isn't with us.

Where teams usually go next.
A session shows what one workflow can do. The next question is which workflows are worth funding, and what has to be true for them to be safe. Nothing here obliges you to continue, and whatever you build on the day is yours either way.
